        When I design products, I often incorporate intentions, which will make the products not limited to the physical world, but also move towards the spiritual world, such as A Clockwork Orange. A Clockwork Orange is a movie I like very much. A Clockwork Orange is not just a name, it is a toy-like expression of a philosophical proposition: What will happen when the mechanical order (clockwork) meets the vitality of life (orange)? Our answer is a wonderful game about choice, creativity and individual expression.

        Clockwork represents structure, rules, driving force, programmed behavior. In Clockwork Orange, this is reflected in the precise mechanism, predictable movement pattern, or assembly/operation rules that need to be followed. Orange represents organic vitality, nature, vitality, uniqueness, potential explosive power. In toys, this is reflected in creativity, personalized expression, unpredictable and interesting results.

        The movie "A Clockwork Orange" warns us of the horror of losing the right to choose. Our Clockwork Orange celebrates the power of choice. Its ingenious mechanical structure provides a predictable stage, but the performance on the stage - how to assemble, how to match, how to run, how to interpret, and the unique trajectory of each operation - is entirely determined by your choices and creativity (springs, beads, torsion springs, gears, any combination, theoretically there are dozens of different operating effects)

        Linkage: Contains the mystery of planetary gears. The precise combination of concentric star tracks gives the pieces a magical dance. Multi-level precision meshing has extremely high processing requirements. CNC manufacturing requires strict tolerance control and complex processes, which significantly increases costs. This design ensures excellent linkage performance and durability (later iterations of Clockwork Orange may consider canceling the planetary gear structure to optimize cost space)

Planetary gears
*Planetary gears are gear systems that can rotate around their own axes like fixed-axis gears, but their axes can also rotate around the axes of other gears along with the planet carrier. Rotation around their own axes is called "autorotation", and rotation around the axes of other gears is called "revolution", just like the planets in the solar system, hence the name.

Torsion springs are the soul of the rebound of Clockwork Orange. Behind this is a millimeter-level precision experiment. In each proofing, the wire diameter, number of turns, and torque value are calibrated bit by bit. Every tiny deformation is recorded, and every "memory" of the metal is verified. This complicated and boring measurement is only to capture the natural elastic pleasure.
