Some introduction from the author:

The Carry Park series is a lineup that emphasizes compact, simple, and affordable products. The Carry Park series will be interspersed among our mainline series, but our unwavering commitment remains to experimentation and innovation. We firmly believe that the Carry Park series will bring more surprises to everyone!

The first product in the Carry Park series is the Leap slider. Our initial vision was to design a short-travel, compact slider to provide players with more creative space and DIY enjoyment.

To achieve the desired feel of the Leap, we conducted numerous trials and explorations, resulting in a structure that gives the Leap a relaxed feel somewhere between mechanical and tactile feedback. Thanks to this new structure, we have more room to innovate. In a slider, feedback at the end is crucial as it provides a stronger cue for players when completing a series of actions, triggering the release of dopamine. To achieve this effect, we employed customized magnetic buckyballs that jump back and forth due to magnetic attraction during pushing, creating a unique return feedback.

The Leap features a screw-less design, allowing for easy disassembly by simply pulling it open at a specific angle. At the same time, it is resistant to disassembly during casual play. Additionally, the left and right limit design enables players to place items such as beads or Teflon strips to meet different tactile needs.

The design of the Leap breaks away from the traditional square concept, adopting a CNC fully streamlined curved surface to create a sci-fi visual effect while also providing a more comfortable grip. Its compact size (approximately 45mm X 20mm X 14mm) makes it highly suitable for daily carry and fidgeting, and the sound it makes won't easily disturb others, whether in an indoor or office environment.

Leap Slider - 80s Synthwave Series

Leap: A Mechanical Symphony from the Golden Age of Innovation

In the 1980s, electronic technology sparkled like a galaxy, with mainframe computers reshaping global dynamics. Humanity’s vision for the future pulsed through transistors and binary code. Leap embodies the spirit of mechanical precision aesthetics, transporting us back to that era of boundless opportunity, where tactile sensations awaken neon-lit romance.

Leap harmonizes dense mechanical operations with a Buckyball impact finale—a seamless fusion where neither element overshadows the other. This design sustains dopamine release through short, satisfying strokes on your fingertips. Compact and screw-free, it boasts rich customizable DIY accessories.

Crafted with custom G10, titanium alloy impact blocks, steel internals, and PEI pushers, each layer’s color is meticulously matched. The layered color lines are engineered to complement Leap’s unique aesthetic, sculpting graceful curves and 3D contours that elevate visual drama—while amplifying CNC machining complexity and scrap rates.

G10, a glass-fiber-reinforced material akin to metal in hardness and density, is traditionally used for knife handles. For Leap, it provides superior durability while maintaining low density for crisp, resonant tactile feedback.

To achieve optimal weight balance and ergonomics, the titanium alloy Buckyball impact blocks at both ends deliver sharp, lively strikes. Revised texture grooves simplify cleaning and maintenance.

Despite its petite frame, Leap packs 7 modular components. Internally, PEI pushers and steel internals reduce friction, while self-cuttable PTFE strips can be applied to both rails for unparalleled smoothness.

Blind box with four randomly selected colors, featuring a chance to obtain the Tech Wood hidden edition (limited availability).

Notes:

  1. Due to the random nature of wood grain, each piece will have a unique pattern. Proceed with caution if this is a concern.
  2. This is a limited-edition product. If the wooden shell is damaged due to human error, official after-sales service is unavailable; third-party repair is required.
  3. If the wooden part becomes dry or whitens due to environmental factors (e.g., geography), apply wood protection oil (e.g., tung oil). Do not use chemical oils for maintenance.
  4. For brass oxidation, use brass polishing paste or a fine-grit polishing strip. Do not use sandpaper.
  5. Contains small parts. Keep out of reach of children. DIY assembly may be challenging; prepare a workspace beforehand to avoid losing small components.
  6. The inner core is magnetically polished. Uneven textures are normal and do not affect functionality.
  7. This is not a mainline series product. Do not subject it to violent testing.
